What is 24 x 7 Coverage?

To provide true 24/7 coverage it is necessary to have redundant personnel in the role and/or require your valuable personnel to be available off hours. This is costly and causes your personnel to be available long hours.

 

Breeze-CG offer four levels of supplementary DBA coverage. By leveraging our global staff your DBA needs, ranging from simple monitoring to complete operational coverage and even co-location services, can be covered at a fraction of the cost of a large DBA team.

 

Tiers of service include:

This tier provides eyes on, 7 by 24, performance/error monitoring of your systems.  At this level of service your business users will enjoy less performance degradation and down time while allowing your in-house personnel to apply their specialized business knowledge to strategic planning initiatives.  Breeze-CG personnel will monitor your install base and notify your personnel of negative trends or issues potentially before they are noticeable to your end users.  Your DBA personnel will continue to have the opportunity to handle these items to resolution thereby ensuring their full involvement in the systems they manage. 

 

* Time limited (e.g., 7AM - 7PM) version of this tier is also available.

This tier provides all the benefits of the 7/24 monitoring but adds a bundle of routine maintenance activities to the package.  These range of maintenance activities can be chosen from our packaged bundles or chosen ala carte to meet your particular needs.  Services include: backup, cloning, patching, compression, reorganization, statistics maintenance and others.

This tier provides the benefits of the two lower level tiers plus full DBA services.

Through our NOC partnership we can provide full hardware and DBA services remotely located.  Additionally, our service can provide disaster recovery facilities for your systems.
